Pros
Location - Traffic in and out of work is minimal. The workout/gym facility is far nicer than the actual office space you work in.
Cons
Buildings are VERY old. Office furniture and equipment is also dated. This company is far too concerned about the bottom line and does not share enough profits with the employees who are doing the majority of the work. Raises are minimum or sometimes nil. Threat of layoffs is always imminent. Micro managed Agile development environment. Trending towards development out of the U.S. Product development is driven by major account feature requests without much thought about overall architecture and workflows.
