Good company culture; management and staff are always open to share ideas and take suggestions; very diversified portfolio of solutions ranging from geospatial to industrial CAD design software with a strong European/Asian and International customer base.

Cons

Communication and sharing of intellectual property between the two divisions (SG&I and PPM) is poor; the SG&I software solutions are quickly becoming aged and need significant R&D investments to catch up to ESRI and other GIS software vendors
