Intergraph treat employee as a family. flexible working time. supportive management. very less politics. overall Intergraph is a best place to work with if you are really talented.

Cons

Project plannings are not proper. always hurry to start project without any proper planning.

low pay compare to others. large work load per person.Some managers are not that great person to work with.

Its a Good place to learn but the carrier growth is very slow. Initially the learning curve is good but with time you keep doing the same work.

Cons

Management is not capable and not able to keep the standard high. Pay structure is below industries level and growth prospects are mishitting.
