-> Best core values -> Flexi timings -> Process oriented -> Product based -> Not much pressure for deadlines etc

Pros

There is a good gym available to all workers located on the campus. They even host exercise classes there. Intergraph has good benefits (401k, dental, vision, health)

Cons

Bad corporate culture(younger employees are looked down upon, high level or corporate politics) Software developed in 70s was still being used in 2010. Code that exists this long should be refactored or recreated with modern software development practices(OO design, unit tests, etc.) Slow to embrace new technologies. This is due to incompatibility with legacy code and that the the average age of the developer is 40+ and is unaware/skeptical to modern practices.

Great co-workers, but constant atmosphere of instability. Very easy to stagnate.

Cons

No room for advancement, pride in developing good software is secondary to the "bottom line"
