      Pros

      Good pay and expectations for their employees. The company is profit driven and their Marketing is unbelievable.

      Cons

      It's a new avenue the company is gearing toward and there are a lot of things to be worked out. They could do better integrating all their "groups".

      Pros

      Colleagues have lots of knowledge, ideas, skills, and work well with those that are ambitious and ready to contribute.

      Cons

      Same Colleagues are attached to projects or products that are over-committed. As a result, the workforce is stretched thin, and creates an atmosphere where the do'ers have difficulty in giving appropriate focus and follow through to ensure quality work.

      Pros

      Being one of the largest company in metrology, it has all the technologies that one can learn almost everyday.

      Cons

      To climb up the corporate ladder, you have to be someone very close to the bosses aside from putting in 200% effort in you work. Very political driven and you need to stay political to survive.
