Pros
Lots of good experience in this company. People really want to do a good job and provide the best service they can. Everyone is willing to go above and beyond both for the company and for the customer.
Cons
Too big to be a small business and too small to compete with the big companies. Every day is another struggle to satisfy existing customers and add new customers while meeting revenue goals. Not really different from any other company in that respect. Overall a good place to work.
