Some elements of leadership in a relatively small and specific market. Solid customer base. Smart people

Cons

Lack of customer support culture bottom line focused predominantly and customer often comes second. No clear set strategy, just sell what you can. Management very autocratic and unsupportive of staff in terms of development and opportunities.

like govt company, if you work hard then you have to keep the pace always if you are a smart player, you can survive with good hike.. they have tactics for givig promotion with out too much of hike Milk is only for crying baby...
