      Pros

      One of the best firms to work. Such a great policies and employee friendly benefits. But the management especially is worst during conflict management.Dont ever join if you get a call for Mining geosystems project .The senior leadership in Hyd is almost horrible and only wants puppets and not a good and confident . Nothing works despite of complaining.

      Everything is put at managers fault.mgmt won't step and try to resolve conflict esp in Mining.very legacy tech stack . Nothing to work and learn
