      Manufacturing business. Most colleagues really engaged, open and collaborative. Company is very close to customers. Good work/life balance

      Manufacturing business. Organization tends to be chaotic and dysfunctional given the large number of acquisitions over the years and no proper integration. Often no clarity on roles; too many people essentially doing what they want without discipline or management intervention. Lack of structure/processes/planning often leading to sloppy/unprofessional outcomes. Very few women employed.
