Pros

At the moment, they have removed all the pros that m they had when I arrived in the company

Cons

An employee is just a number, hence there is a lack of respect for the employee that in some cases is even bullying from the management. HR will not help the employee either so at the end you just have the option of leaving. They make empty promises that never become true. They keep asking more and more from the employees without giving them any benefit. There is no career oportunities or development. The food in the canteen is very low quality. They rented out half of the building so now if you start in late shift, you can't even park.

Pros

Diversity of nationalities, onsite gym, fun events and friendly teams

Cons

Major lack of communication between the managers and staff. Unfair / Unequal treatment of staff by managers. No health insurance (before 5 years). A lot of lies.

Pros

Free company car. Free gas. Not micromanaged. Co-workers are nice and warm. They do Offer overtime. 3 weeks vacation, personal days and sick days a year.

Cons

Manager incentive sucks!! Managers train employees to sell but the employees end up making more money than managers. Culture is going down into a ditch. Never having cars or people to clean them. Seniority sucks. You have to wait for someone to quit, get fires or die to get a good shift. (Waited 3 years to get weekends off) Ultimate choice is a weak business idea.
