Pros

It used to be that you couldn't get fired, but that is not true anymore now that they are out sourcing everyone. About the only good thing was "approved" time off which is like free hours to go to the doctor, or meet a repairman at your house; you didn't have to make this time up. If you don't like being challenged this is a great place to work. The lawn was really well taken care of at the data center as well.

Cons

Pay was way below average for the area. Groups were isolated and didn't work well with eachother.

Pros

free car for managers and gas available all over the country at airport locations, the opportunity for advancement is always available because people are always quitting

Cons

most employees are overworked and underpaid, there is no work/life balance, a lack of employee recognition, too many cost saving initiatives which lead to sloppy and time consuming work that doesn't accomplish the ultimate goal, location level upper management is more focused on achieving their goals to insure their bonus check and less focused on serving the customer, quantity over quality is a typical theme. airport locations routinely absorb costs to run off-airport locations so they are able to show a profit.

Pros

If you are right out of college, and can't find your perfect job, this may be a good place to start. At the least, you'll have "Manager" on your resume when you leave, if you can stand to stay that long. You will be a trainee for about a year, then you will be promoted with better commission. The next promotion after that will have slightly better commission, but you'll still be making $12/hr IF you live in an expensive city. AVOID unless absolutely necessary.

Cons

Long hours, low pay, working Saturdays and holidays.
