Company stability and reputation continue to make it the best place to work. I have been with the company for over 25 years and have seen it grow so fast, especially over the past few years. Times are tough now and yes, there have been layoffs and cutbacks, but the company always survives and comes out stronger. There are also incredible promotional opportunities all over the world with this company, great benefits, 401K, tuition reimbursement, competitive salaries, and bonuses. What more could you ask for??

Listen, there is no perfect place to work. There are sometimes jobs you do not agree with or want to do but you do it. You do your job, work hard and you will be rewarded. This would apply at a hamburger joint as well as any large, global company.
