Well you get a car. That's about it, if you're management

Lack of support from upper management not at the location. Impossible to work with union to truly help customers.

Pros

Hertz is a very secure company to work for and they try their best to make it a delight to come to work everyday. They have provided several opportunities to grow my knowledge and I know further in my career they will support my growth inside the company.

Cons

They need to provide employees with a kitchen with a fridge and microwave to store lunch

Pros

Co-workers and the people that work in operations The belief that Hertz can once again be the industry leader. Pride in the company. Stability, benefits, new challenges are available to those willing to accept them.

Cons

Most of the issues are related to the current economy. Cut too deep in some operations. Need to find a way to give the front line the tools and resources they need. We do expect a lot from our employees but it is that higher expectation that made us great. We just need to balance that with the benefits and rewards.
