Pros

HLE Branch Managers get a company car and free gas.

Cons

Hard work, low pay, management was very disrespectful. You are never given enough associates to fully cover your branch. Upper management makes promises they can't keep, then the branch managers have to deal with the outcome and the dissatisfied customers. The consistantly over book reservations and run out of cars, then blame lower level employees for poor customer feed back and withold bonuses because of customer complaints about the lack of vehicles available.

Pros

Great pay to start off, 10$ hour plus overtime. open 8-6 M-F, saturdays 9-1, off on sundays.

Cons

Alot of BS comes from upper management, alot of demands. Then when sh*t hit the fan, they replace you. They will tell you to do one thing to make more revenue for the store, then when upper management gets audited by someone else, they will fire you to save their asss.
