Employees get paid weekly Great management experience Unique sales experience with both customers renting vehicles and body shops pushing business our way

Cons

low pay for the responsibilities that are given. 60+ hours per week Bonuses are hard to achieve and viewed as unachievable by most employees

Pros

easy job, good learning experience if this is your first job or are looking for career experience. management does not micromanage you too badly

Cons

long overdrawn interview proces that makes the feel more important than they actually are. first comes a career fair where you wait in line with up to thirty people, then a 2nd interview, then you meet with the regional manager who basically makes you repeat the answers to the questions they already asked you. for the garbage the pay you it should not be so hard
