Pros

You will gain valuable management experience. Adequate vacation time, sick days and floating holidays allotted.

Cons

Terrible pay Long Hours The customer is always right even if it violates Hertz policy. No horizontal movement. You will be stuck in a management role forever. High Turnover Bad Logistics for receiving cars when you are in a busy location. bad bonus structure

The best reason to work for hertz is for the company perks that they sometime offer. Company discounts, free gas, gift cards, etc.

Cons

The downsides of working for hertz is long hours. Upper management not willing to help or uplift employees. Bad employee moral.
