Pros

Pension. Benefits - if you can afford them are decent. Management (branch and assistant) at the local operations are team players. Vacations and Personal days given after short time of employment.

Cons

NO cost of living raises. ALWAYS a staffing issue. Middle management and upper management view us as a number(quantity) and not the quality of what we do. OVERLOAD of admin work and e-mails given daily that it does not allow time for the "real buisiness" to take place, i.e. marketing,sales, even renting to customers has been put on the back burner. High stress job with many hours away from the family.

Pros

Expanding, Great Brand, Great Marketing, Promotes from within, Cost effective and extremenly competitive. Hertz will on day take over the entire Rental industry including Enterprise!

Cons

Bonus structure changes, need to do more recognition of employees when they do well, Teamwork not readily utilized
