Pros

Absolutely None, this place is a nightmare

Cons

Senior Executive Leadership NO work/life balance TOXIC environment No one respects anyone at this company Rules do not apply to all, depends on the behind you kiss Senior Leadership is a joke. They all backstab one another and no one likes the CEO. She doesn’t care about anyone or anything, she does not want to be challenged. Kathy M is only interested in “yes” people, and blames everything on those whom have left the company, when in reality, SHE is the problem. HR is a complete waste, CHRO does whatever CEO mandates, he has no backbone and they do not care about the people, it’s anout fulfilling Senior Leadership’s personal agendas. DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

Branch Managers get a company car

Cons

EXTREMELY micromanaged, commission structure is constantly being changed (3 times this past year), constantly adding/changing policies and procedures, a lot of the changes are a result of admin's passing off their work to operations when we already can't keep up with current administrative work, upper management is untrustworthy, some upper management has in my experience withheld information in order to push their own personal agendas, fear of punishment is often used as a means of trying to get results or push for good performance, goals are almost unattainable due to workload and lack of time to focus on performance, upper management seems out of touch with local operations, high turnover rate, vey stressful, many employees would agree that we are under-appreciated, A lot of things like training are initiated as formality meant to be a form of documentation needed to terminate employees instead of an attempt to actually help or train employees. Most of the time a promotion is only available because someone either quit or got terminated,

Great colleagues, good resume builder out of college, benefits, learn how to handle situations in a high stress environment, multitasking

Cons

Long hours, no balance between personal life and work, understaffed, under appreciated, no support from upper management, pay is not reflected right with the amount of work you do daily
