Our office is conveniently located in Newark, New Jersey and is a short walk from Newark Penn Station. We care a lot about developing our managers and currently all of our new managers, including managers from Customer Care, are participating in our Manager Learning Journey to grow their management skills. The opportunity for career growth is one of the things we strive to provide to our HelloFresh team members and we have developed a Career Ladder specifically to grow Customer Care Agents based on consistent high monthly performance and high quality customer interactions which is done in part by prioritizing each customer as they reach out. We also love to celebrate and appreciate our Customer Care teams: we have monthly Town Hall meetings to recognize our top performers and thank them not only with words, but with our actions, including hosting Customer Care Appreciation Week. Customer Care's attendance program allows for multiple options to cover any days when team members are unable to fulfill their schedule; it encourages the utilization of sick days, PTO and other leave in the case of an emergency.
