- Multi-culti environment - 75% discount in HelloFresh boxes - Discount in Urban Sports Club membership :) - Encouraging environment to progress in your career path - 50€ quarterly budget to lunch with your squad - Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings where to share your ideas for improvements - 1 home office day per week - Daily fruits

Cons

- Only 24 vacation days and 2 of them must be taken in Christmas (although you can opt-out if you are not christian). - Open office space: lot of noise and impossible to control the smell and temperature inside (kitchen is also next to the tables you work). - Not enough space for so many people + tables are tiny + not enough toilets. - Extra hours are not paid. - Not really caring about retaining people but on hiring new ones; plus a massive amount of people from Rocket Internet joined HelloFresh without passing our interview steps. Some of them have not adapted well to our processes but they tend to be well seeing just because they are Rocket people. - Promoting alcohol consumption through Beer Fridays :( - Caring too much about the customers (I totally understand) but needs to care more about the employees
