We are proud of the team that we have at HelloFresh and it is terrific to see that you had a positive experience making friends with your teammates. HelloFresh is a unique environment, which can be fast-paced; one of our core values is, ‘Speed and Agility’. We try to ensure that our teams are supported and can prioritize their workload to ensure they are working on high-impact, high-priority projects; while this review has not indicated which location or which team you are on, we hope that you were offered the same support from your team. Communication is a major focus at HelloFresh and we have developed a cadence that we hope creates more transparency to cascade information from managers to you, our valued employees. Thank you for taking the time to share this response with us. It’s excellent to see that you enjoyed working with your teammates on the sales team. Our Brand Ambassadors are the face and voice of HelloFresh to our customers in Portland and we care a lot about your experience as part of the FreshFam. While driving to events to represent HelloFresh can be a requirement of the job, we have a travel reimbursement policy to cover travel expenses as well as providing the opportunity to sign up for to WageWorks, which may assist in covering the costs of your parking. Communicating change and why decisions are made, as well as consistency across our sales education materials is an area we are constantly striving to improve, and it is a key focus of leadership at HelloFresh so we can ensure that our Brand Ambassadors have the information they need to do their jobs well.
