Pros

No pro's, don't waste your time here.

Cons

No growth potential whatsoever. No work-life balance. We have unnecessary meetings every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We go over the SAME topics every single time.

Run Away!!!

Pros

The pay wasn't terrible if you are good at sales and if the company didn't screw you over. I made good friends.

Cons

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS POSITION. They have the worst turn over rate that I have ever seen. They fire people without warning because the manager doesn't like half of her staff. The worst management I have ever seen. Events were cancelled or completely unorganized and this has a major affect on your paycheck. The sales meetings were an absolute joke and the manager does not care about her employees. If you disagree with her you will get fired. If you do not keep your sales up you will be fired. Plus, you will work every single weekend if you want to meet your sales goals or want a paycheck. They give you 25 hours a week and call that full time. RUN AWAY! 90% of the people that I worked with have now quit or were let go for terrible reasons. And I actually had good sales numbers so I'm not complaining about the sales job. I am complaining about HELLOFRESH! It is the worst!

We aim to schedule Brand Ambassadors at high impact events to maximize their sales potential which increases the total commission they are able to make. These events are frequently on the weekends as they have higher traffic and so there is the likelihood that you may need to work over the weekends. While it sounds like there were some areas for improvement during your tenure on the sales team, we appreciate you sharing this feedback with us, and we have passed it directly along to the sales leadership team here at HelloFresh.
