Bad Culture & Bad Managers

- 5 euros per week for food from the refrigerator - 20 euros per month as a travel allowance - free drinks and milk in the kitchen

Cons

- Some of the managers would give you an inferiority complex - Some of the managers would make you feel that you are NOT ENOUGH - People discriminate against you based on your ethnicity, not publicly, because that would become an HR issue, but you will feel it when they tend to poke you every now and then - Some managers have a hard time accepting the opinions of other team members - HRs can low-ball you into the lower band of the salary if you do not negotiate well - They have slowly started cutting out individuals, not publicly known yet - Your hiring level is defined by your degree, not by your skills. Someone with an MBA becomes a manager directly, and someone with 5+ years of experience is still on a mid-level.

Pros

1. Free food once a month. 2. Free parking if spots available.

Cons

1. Lacks experienced management besides Senior Leaders. 2. No break if they decide there’s not a large enough workload. 3. No respect for low level employees. 4. “Line Leads” literally scream at employees to work quickly the entire 10 hour shift. 5. Bathroom use is discouraged and also tracked. 6. Sick employees still allowed to work. 7. Injuries not reported. 8. Can only speak to HR during 30 minute lunch break. 9. Heavy use of nepotism and favoritism. 10. No training but discipline for making mistakes.
