Nasty ,rude and toxic work environment that co worker assaults, insults/harass you and it’s ok even when you escalate it , nothing and no action is taken , no camera reviews to the incident, a lot of favoritism/discrimination, a very cold environment and the company don’t provide cold work gears for employees except to supervisor who don’t be on the most times , and provide just vest to leads that go in and out at will while the employees that needs full work gears are not given but cap/neck warmer to be in the cold for 40 or more hours and people keep falling /dieing always, so insensitive/care of human life /workers. Talking about it’s not cold in there , it’s not negotiable all employees deserves a full work gear to work.
