      Very diverse group of co-workers. - Salary & Commission

      Cons

      - Terrible hours - Commission is only given to you if you pass the quotas they set for you. - Lots of driving - Won't fully reimburse your gas if you don't work a certain amount.

      - Company has made big recruitment mistakes, and hired incompetent people in key roles. Politics is taking more and more place in the daily affairs, and human considerations have been relegated in the background.

      Celebrating 1 year anniversary <3

      Pros

      Streamlined recruitment process. From the first talk to the offer, it took just 3 weeks. The offer package and the salary are very good - you got -120 EUR per month on meal kit boxes, L&D budget, learning workshops, monthly events, etc. Fruits and beverages, -5 EUR allowance on HelloFreshGO in the office, open space office, pension scheme, gym discount, standing desks. Teams are relatively small, with great opportunity to have ownership of projects you work on, have team support yet without micromanagement. It's a lot of fun to work for a great product surrounded by very knowledgeable and experienced people.

      I really enjoy working here, it's challenging and fun!
