You don't work in an office cubicle. You get to go to cool events in your area

Cons

Hours are insane, including 6p-12a Saturday night shifts in the cold. Management blames any and all failures on you despite external circumstances. They do little to no research on events they send you to, yet if you don't hit their goals it's always because "you lack a positive attitude." Cult-like management, hyper positivity but with no support or training system to help you succeed in place. Use a "cannon fodder" like system to hire, constantly hiring new young people to take advantage of because the turnover is so high. Will train outside people for management before promoting and training those that have worked the hardest for the company.

Such a fun work environment! Management is so positive and encouraging. Flexible schedule with constant variety! No day looks the same - in a good way! Always working with like minded people. Healthy culture! Encouragement and opportunity to be promoted and grow personally. You can make a lot of money and impact lives while doing it!

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any. Great culture, great team, great money and so much fun. It’s truly the best job ever.
