The people are very nice

Cons

There is a complete lack of strategy from the C-level management and a lack of structure which leads to no career progression for the workers. The pay is low in comparison to other companies in Berlin and benefits have recently been stripped back.

Overbloated structure and slow

Pros

Really nice colleagues, some of which are now close friends. Overall quite good work life balance

Cons

The team feels incredibly bloated, probably due to overhiring during the good times in 2021. This causes projects to go really slow due to lots of back and forth and general politics Only 24 days of holidays
