Pros

Previously worked at Factor_ on the Product Strategy team. Benefits and pay were decent. That might be the only pro.

Cons

Factor_ is like a start up company with the backing of a multi-billion dollar company (HelloFresh). Senior management are not supportive. They expect employees to make sacrifices without giving credit or positive feedback. There is constant change to processes and the whole company functions in google sheets. They expect you to work way over 40 hours a week and will tell you they demand more from everyone while they expect to give nothing more to employees. Emails are being answered every day past working hours, giving an indirect expectation that you must be responsive all hours of the day and night to be considered a good employee. Employee performance reviews were ridiculous. Raises are pathetic with contradicting reasons just so that they can provide minimal raises. If you make more in salary than the average similar positions in the company, raises are extremely minimized to keep the expenses leveled. It's a chaotic environment and very stressful due to the toxic work environment and lack of resources and personnel. Work life balance is non existent.
