Company is good with there senior management talents but supervisor are worst - no talent , no education background and no lean six sigma experience that they always ask for - no health & safety trained supervisors

Cons

Worst pay - worst supervisor’s in any role - no support for talented people - they have no options to promote operators as supervisors
