      Chaotic. So much lay-offs. Going downhill.

      Pros

      That the leadership still has basic human decency left. Kindness and empathy is non-existent. Senior leaders look after themselves and their job stability at the cost of low level employees who gets to execute their ineffective, losing strategies.

      Cons

      So much chaos, and losses. Low morale amongst employees. Senior leadership is non-functioning, it's just there for show. Was there an impact? Let the layoffs speak for themselves.
