Cons

They want to believe they are a tech company but they are far from it. Lots of politics and managers who are out of their depth. Values self-promotion over talent and impact.

Lack of direction

-snacks -flexible time -good office set up

Cons

-poor leadership that simultaneously wants to move to fast while only using success criteria from the past, refusing to recognize the saturating market -not customer centric, would rather trick customers into subscriptions than build long term marketing initiatives that support the customer
