Great places for hourly. Great place to learn things not to do as a manager or supervisor

Cons

Long hours: work life balance is nonexistent. Terrible leadership from Richmond CA to NYC NY. Directors (or corporate) at all levels are not people friendly. Ensures to make employees lives more difficult, as it is a work first environment. Pay is low. Poor guidance from boss (not a leader model) Does not follow state and federal laws. Facilities work but corporate office does not work on the weekends. No assistant from corporate office.

Rare opportunity to be entrusted with great responsibilities from day one. It will either make or break you.

Cons

Very poor management and company structure. Ex-consultant are the most common background for most people in management. Sure, ex consultants from top tier companies are intelligent and ambitious and work long hours. However, they usually end up in key management position with little to no relevant industry experience and with poor management skills. Most are will be based on analysis' in a spreadsheet with little to no regard of industry Best Practice or business conduct.

The company culture is getting progressively worse An elitist, unaccountable and inexperienced senior management team A company trying to become corporate for the sake of it Rules apply to some, but not others Inexperienced and insensitive senior management team Long hours for terrible pay Lack of strategic direction from the top Complete lack of consistency across the whole company Zero progression opportunities A global team who have no purpose
