Cons

Long hours. Short break Freezing cold. Didn’t feel like the supervisors or line leaders cared about you. Keep making them Kits. Keep assembling the boxes. Without helping even if we’re backed up. Just yell and dictate. Power hungry.

big learning curve, fun people at the junior level

Cons

growing to be more corporate, therefore lack of promotions, high pressure environment where people can be really picky and stressful, always felt like one big fight, low salary
