Pros

Discount is good. Some cool people.

Cons

HR is up to no good. Always flirting with the staff and managers and I’m sure have gone beyond that. I can’t even go to them because they are too close to the managers. They even tell our business to them. There’s some other shady things that happened on top of not getting paid well and overworked. This place just needs new leadership.

There aren't really any pros to working here.

Cons

Its toxic as hell here, at least my department. Even if you contribute a lot, you don't get recognized unless you suck up to your boss. People, including me, get stiffed on opportunities. Horrible place to work. very biased leadership. Don't work here for your mental health sake.
