The people and HelloFresh are amazing.

Cons

Not organized. Nobody knows what they are doing. The nickname is "Ghetto Fresh" for a reason. Hourly associates are can do whatever the want and there is no accountabilty.

Discounts on mouldy food and wilted spinach

Cons

Very poor and inexperienced leadership team with no long term strategy. Grew quickly over Covid now in decline and cutting jobs worldwide. Micro management very common due to inexperienced leaders put in senior roles. Retention is less than 12 months on average

Pros

Offices are nice. Attrition is high, which makes you work constantly with motivated new colleagues. Fitness and mobility perks.

Cons

Uncontrolled and unplanned growth has left the company fighting its way to remove legacy and manual work. Management treats employees like numbers without a clear vision on how to archive its goals. Lack of ownership and constant swift of priorities became demoralizing at some point and leaders are too busy to care or left hopeless as decision making is very bureaucratic. Company values are not being followed by a big majority and they attempt to justify uncontrolled and constant change, which in reality is caused by lack of communication, mutual agreement or planning.
