People are nice, cool office

Cons

The pay is really low compared to market rates, and the work expected doesn’t justify it. If there was a bit more focus on structure and pay then I think that would make a massive difference.

Pros

Join if you want to learn different ways a company can scam its customers

Cons

1. They do bait and switch. Everywhere they say "cancel anytime". Except you cant cancel your first box at all no matter whom you speak with. They will allow you to get the order scheduled for any future week but won't return the money. 2. Their terms and conditions allow them to change prices even after customers have confirmed their weekly order. 3. Even after customer care confirming cancellation on call they keep charging people's accounts. Marketing team is surviving on false advertising by influencers on youtube and instagram. 4. Super old mentality of planning for >1 year. During the planning time of 3 months in a year every team fights to get more on their plate so that their team has less chance of getting dissolved next year. 5. Very low pay and their stock has gone down by 80% in the last 3 years. Check the company subreddit for customer complaints.
