Pros

The work culture in data team has been good so far with okay compensation and interesting, dynamic work culture.

Cons

Honestly, since the new managment came in force in data team, the team is sucking, lot of negativity in the environment, it was good with earlier management. They wanna hire/keep only Native english speaking people in their team. Such a bad attitude Im facing past an year.

Pros

Team members are great to work with. 4 out of 7.

Cons

Management will hire friends or love interests into roles. Nepotism is rampant. No respect for mental health of employees. Management has a real attitude of not listening to suggestions or ideas of hourly employees because they think they aren't smart enough to figure things out themselves.

Pros

- Great colleagues to work with, very knowledgeable people, fun to work with - English is the main language in the office, hence there’s a quite international environment, which is also great for foreigners - The office is very modern and nice, very well equipped (gym, terrace, garage, etc.), and very central location - Depending on the teams you work with, your working hours can be flexible according to your needs (leaving early/arriving late/longer breaks) - Good benefits, especially box discounts

Cons

- Salaries are lower compared to similar/same positions in other companies plus only 24 days off per year (one day is added per year worked) - Promotions and salary increases are hard to get (cyclical layoffs in different teams and markets). The company is structured in a very political way, to get a promotion often you need to show off/know someone and it’s not always very meritocratic. People sometimes wait (over) one year to be promoted, while already fulfilling the next position/role without getting any recognition or title change or money increase - Review cycles could be improved, lack of transparency - Policy changes (e.g. home office budget, learning budget, office presence) are often not properly and promptly communicated - Processes are not always structured in the best way, combined with a political environment, this sometimes causes priorities to be shifted and projects to be cancelled without proper communication to the team - Often teams are understaffed and it’s hard to make a case for new team members
