Many of the cons you may face is dealing with lack of food safety and quality training. There is produce training for quality but there is not much training on what to be aware of food safety wise. One barrier I noticed is language of employees and the ability of the food safety team to efficiently get employees to understand the unacceptable practices of personal hygiene(the core of food safety issues in any program).

Worst place to learn and grow. You never get time to learn things, Managers pretend to help but actually try to put you in teouble. They expect and compare us always and are never satisfied with the work we do. Not at all recommendable place to work if needed a peaceful life and work life balance. They terminate you immediately without notice even after you sign the contract that a notice needs to be served when on probation or not on probation. They leave and throw employees out of organisation without notice.
