Pros

The give you free snacks. The dress code is very laid back. You work full time hours. You have a big discount on the food.

Cons

Not enough training for the new hires. Lack of management and the managers always got an attitude when you ask them for help. They will write you up your first week there for something you was not aware about. They make up rules as they go and no type of structure. This company will fail if something do not change.

Pros

- The business is growing fast and offers many opportunities for creativity and growth. - The office is full of young, but extremely talented and smart people who want to make a change. - Great company spirit thanks to very dynamic HR efforts -- Everyone is passionate and feels part of a family. Other perks: - Heavily discounted HelloFresh boxes, Friday lunches and many company outings every week. - 19 Days PTO (in addition to sick days) + great health insurance + 3 months paternity / maternity leave.

Cons

- The business is growing so fast it is difficult to maintain a reasonable work/life balance. Everyone works very hard, late at night, and sometimes on weekends. Many people work for 2 because the business needs grow faster than new hirings. Expectations for results are very ambitious and can cause a lot of stress. - Salaries don't reflect the level of responsibility and hard work everyone demonstrates. - The close relationship with the German headquarters and the lack of flexibility from the global teams can slow down progress and generate frustration.
