Pros

discount on boxes, newer office equipment, i used to like my old manager and i loved who worked under me.

Cons

poorly managed, no loyalty to staff, consistently hires outside, poor pay, favoritism, lack of innovation and no room to grow

Pros

- Friendly team - "Backpacker" informal vibe - Supposedly free HelloFresh boxes every week - Full training - Friday night drinks - Opportunity to be making uncapped weekly pay (apparently)

Cons

- Commission only pay - Make you apply as a sole trader with ABN (so they can get away with not paying you a base wage) - Door to Door sales - Heaps of rejection They try and make you sell to everyone and anyone, despite the product not being for them. I only worked there a week and haven't been paid at all (I made several sales and was promised a $200 training wage)

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We will be looking more closely into your comment regarding our agents having to sell to everyone, regardless of suitability. This approach does not tie in with our product’s values. Please note that we changed our direct sales management from when your review was posted. In addition, we now pay a training base for the first two weeks of the role, this gives an ample amount of time for people to learn the job. It is true that you can earn uncapped commissions. Unfortunately, rejection is part of the role, as you say, the product does not suit everyone. We understand that working as a sales representative is not always easy and requires a lot of patience.

Pros

The people you get to meet are great, they offer a discount on the product and they show interest in growth

Cons

However, they don't really seem to take into consideration comments. The management is not competent. They are not trained to work with people and do not know how to run a efficient business. There cannot be interest and external growth within company. They only want you to stay at agent and Kitchen level and show no interest in corporate position
