Pretty flexible schedule, uncapped commission, benefits, PTO, fun and family like team culture
Cons
Low base salary, sales depend on what events you get (slow events= no sales usually), standing for long hours, you have to use your personal phone to sign up customers and they don’t compensate you for data usage or overage, you have to use your personal car to drive all over town to events without compensation for mileage or gas, have to work weekends if you want sales
