Rather more points to consider: - HelloFresh is in a scaling up phase at the moment so there may be a large number of new processes being implemented and in this transitional time you will need the ability to handle and be accountable for many things. It's a great opportunity to test your organizational and time managing skills for people who seek to grow - There is a number of restructuring that occurs as the company is growing so agility is required and may not be for all who are after the same old thing every day - Working from home - a tough one (for both employee and employer) as this almost works against one of HF's DNA/values of working and being in the office to solve problems quicker, however there still needs more openness in this - HelloFresh is a global brand and has many locations around the world, would be good to share these international experiences/opportunities with current employees
