Work from home! Hourly and commission pay! Start up & coming, meaning it is a startup that is up and coming! Managers and co-workers are pleasant. They will help you advance in the insurance field!

Cons

Recycled leads are the norm! Start up, meaning there are negatives and positives to start ups! Hard to build time off! Even doctors appointments go towards Vacation time off or sick time off!

The leadership team is extremely talented and committed. The teams are always innovating and changing the game. This can make it an intense place to work but it's also exciting. This is a great place to rise quickly. The senior leadership team rewards performance and execution, not tenure.

Cons

Everyone here works very hard, and you'll need to work hard too to keep up with the pace. This is a growth stage company and things are constantly changing and evolving.
