Pros

Work from home environment. Good medical benefits if you are single.

Cons

Fast moving company which is missing a lot of processes. High turnover. Employees are considered as a commodity , which is creating a lot of stress and fear.

Health IQ Response

High growth companies do tend to move quickly. Turnover is actually slightly below industry. Hours during AEP are now 55 hrs.

Health Insurance is good. The only pro

Cons

Low pay, stole 4K in commission during AEP. Did not pay me a top 20 bonus that I worked very hard for. They can’t even keep people in upper management there for more than a year. Ignore the fake reviews. It’s pretty clear they are fake

Pros

Really good number of great people to work with, learn from and collaborate. Very straightforward Interview process with no time wasted. Flexibility in scheduling when issues arise especially related to family matters. Paperless environment.

Cons

Cherry-picking enforcement of policies or biased hr business partner created unfair circumstances.
