Good benefits, but management & training lacking

Benefits are good. Co-workers are willing to help each other out.

Cons

Training lacks. Sort of bait and switch from what you are hired on with as far as bonus compensation is concerned. Management or lack there of does not want to listen to concerns. They would rather dismiss you than address the issues.

Never a Dull Moment

Pros

Health IQ is growing and changing quickly. You get to be a large part of that as a Marketing team member. We pivot quickly and get to try a lot of different tactics. There is no ego of hierarchy , and my expertise and input are consistently valued. There's no "that's not your job" or "stay in your lane." We're all in it together to accomplish the company's goals. The remote culture is very flexible, and I never feel micromanaged or not trusted to do my job.

Cons

I don't think there is a formal review/raise/bonus process. Sometimes strategy/details get rushed due to the fast moving nature of a startup. It would be nice to have 401(k) matching and to start with vacation instead of accruing it from 0.

I would not recommend working at Health IQ. This is a competitive industry with lots of better employment options.

None that would make it worth working here.

Cons

The quality of the leads are the worst in the industry. Therefore, you will not be able to make anywhere close to the income that was promised. Not to mention the ever changing compensation plan that basically takes money out of the salespersons pocket to pay for the leads.
