Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We appreciate your commitment of nearly 2 -years while you were clearly unhappy. Perhaps it's from your feedback to leadership while you were working, but the positive changes and transformation from two years ago are quite dramatic. As a start-up, 2 years make a big difference in processes, leadership, and mindset.

Pros

Pros = Countless calls flooded into you daily and endless opportunity for sales

Cons

Cons - I feel we do not do enough trainings at all whatsoever as a company, 1 training here, 1 training there, 1 random training here. Half the floor is green flying blind and half the floor is seasoned from other companies... there is not enough tag ups/meetings to just know what's going on...no consistency from the Managers and Owners, but you expect consistency from your sales team. Empathy is great, but it doesn't mean that's the end all be all for sales in Medicare. Great, you know about there issues and can relate a little bit more...does that mean that agent knows how to properly navigate between webpages or know that certain OTC products don't show up on prescriptions etc...its just basic day 1 stuff. They poached all these agents from other companies to work here so they can have some of the best agents and they did until after AEP and no one got paid what they got they were going to get paid. We had a huge contest for AEP, and still do not know the winners of it. "What does that tell you?" Something is Fishy that's for sure. They'll flash a high hourly in front of your face to get you in the door, offer you some stock, and promise everything. Keep in mind they aren't public yet so when I say read the fine print that is every document they send out because there is always some loophole to screw you out of money and commission. I've worked for multiple agencies/ commission only agencies you name it and this is the first time I always wondered about my Money every time I got paid. That alone is enough to put a person on edge not to mention comp plan is the weakest out of any I've been apart of. So from having to always worry you check being correct, to never having meetings to get better, being watched over not from your manager, but from some other 3rd party who are so annoying, and being promised the world and totally being undelivered I had to let other agents know because I know I am not the only one who feels this way about Health IQ I'm just the one who's actually voicing my real life work experience. I was only here for like 8 months and that was 8 months to long. Thanks to health IQ I will never be doing another sales job, they completely killed all motivation and desire to be a successful agent. This place will bleed you dry and work you to the point you can't take it anymore, but you know you have to find a way to feed your family. If they can't even help me with that aka Paying people correctly they do not deserve great agents. They will totally get blindsided in the long run. I should've paid attention when I read the first Glassdoor review about them, but once again I got roped in due to getting a higher salary of course the comp plan didn't see that bad, but once again how do you know you even got paid correctly. If you are a seasoned agent don't come to Health IQ

I'm sorry you haven't had a good experience. It appears you are a current employee so please address any issues with your manager. We did change the training this year based on feedback.

Pros

Remote jobs available for most positions

Cons

I worked there for 4 months without getting ANY commission. They kept on delaying the commission plan. Also, I came in fully licensed and did my contracting myself for all the states that they work. I also returned all of their equipment. They continuously email me saying I owe them money or my licensing and equipment, even when I showed them the FedEx receipts. While the training managers are nice, the pay is ridiculous. READ THAT CONTRACT WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB> the stocks they promise are after years of being with the company. I honestly feel swindled and like I wasted my time.
