5yThis is great news, glad to hear it! There are many industries that prepare people for a career in insurance, however, most people don't think about it. As a broker, it's not like selling out of a neighborhood office. We offer a high-tech telesales environment that produces a seemingly never-ending stream of qualified leads. 6yThanks for your feedback. You may be on to something, the type of employee we are looking for has certainly evolved over that last few years, which is common in a rapidly growing start-up. Not every job is suited for every person, and vice versa and personal fulfillment and success are derived from finding the right balance.
It's normal for the nay-sayers to count new start-ups out, but a lot has actually changed in the last year. A perfect example we have successfully kept the entire workforce working through the pandemic, which has already claimed so many jobs already, by diversifying our portfolios and adding more lucrative products to sell. Moreover, we have been able to keep our teams working, and grow; adding new positions throughout.
