Pros

No Pros. Horrible in the Amazon warehouse worker sense.

Cons

They pound the agents non stop with what HIQ admits are the worst aged reworked leads. The leads never stop and you are only expected to close 2 percent. Just like Amazon, you can take a restroom break, but you will receive a receive an attendance occurrence because they do no give the agents enough time. Worse, the managers are very aggressive and rude. There is no healthy reason to work here.

Pros

This company is a mess. It's easy o do a lot of things they'll miss and still enjoy collecting a pay check.

Cons

They don't care about you, or their clients. They have a department of people who genuinely harass the elderly and there do not appear to be any standards when it comes to what those agents do. If you make a sale and do not get a high enough compliance you will not receive compensation for the sale. The script is very poorly written. You will receive no sales training and be expected to spin the worst of leads into sales.

You have my commitment that if you choose to discuss this with me directly I will keep the source of the information confidential. You mentioned there is NO training. Our onboarding process consists of 6 weeks of training which includes extensive learning related to compliance and effective communication through the use of our scripts.
