Pros

My best reasons to work at Health IQ are the teams, working together and a company that takes care of their employees. Leaders helping us to be successful! There's so many awesome people working here at Health IQ. I'm glad to be here.

Cons

Don't get me wrong. During AEP, I love the overtime, but 18 hours was too much for me.

Pros

Health IQ is growing and innovating quickly which opens the opportunity to advance your career. The leadership heading up my department truly cares about where you want to go and provides plenty of opportunities to prove yourself. They also work hard, lead by example and provide support when needed. Everyone at Health IQ works as a team, and this is felt even in a remote working environment. Incredible team!

Cons

At times strategies can shift and change quickly, making some days stressful, but the team always rallies and gets the job done. These are just normal growing pains of a company that’s innovating and growing quickly.

Pros

- The team is very helpful - The leaders are motivational and care for their employees - They provide the tools necessary to get your job done - Hard work does not go unappreciated

Cons

I don't have any cons to share at this time. The one thing I will comment on since so many other reviewers mention it, is that sometimes the job requires longer hours than a typical 8 hour work day, but what job (that is worth it) doesn't? Hard work is rewarding. As long as you can maintain good time management and work hard during the day to get your tasks done, you will have decent work/life balance. It really depends on your ability to manage your tasks.
