      Exciting Place to Work

      Pros

      The leadership team is extremely talented and committed. The teams are always innovating and changing the game. This can make it an intense place to work but it's also exciting. This is a great place to rise quickly. The senior leadership team rewards performance and execution, not tenure.

      Cons

      Everyone here works very hard, and you'll need to work hard too to keep up with the pace. This is a growth stage company and things are constantly changing and evolving.

      Never a Dull Moment

      Pros

      Health IQ is growing and changing quickly. You get to be a large part of that as a Marketing team member. We pivot quickly and get to try a lot of different tactics. There is no ego of hierarchy , and my expertise and input are consistently valued. There's no "that's not your job" or "stay in your lane." We're all in it together to accomplish the company's goals. The remote culture is very flexible, and I never feel micromanaged or not trusted to do my job.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a formal review/raise/bonus process. Sometimes strategy/details get rushed due to the fast moving nature of a startup. It would be nice to have 401(k) matching and to start with vacation instead of accruing it from 0.
